Our subdivision has 292 homes with a variety of residents, ranging from young adults to families with children to retirees.  Elementary school-age children in our subdivision currently attend Willard South Elementary, located just a short distance from Kay Pointe near Division and Interstate 44.  The subdivision is located within the city limits of Springfield.

Homes in Kay Pointe are varied in styles – some are single story homes with differing floorplans while other homes are two story with an upstairs or two story with a basement.
