ASSOCIATION DUES

Homeowner association dues are assessed each calendar year, generally due around the 1st of April.  Mailings to homeowners generally occur in mid to late February or early March.  The current amount is $400 per home per year.  This covers common area maintenance costs (mowing, landscaping, pool maintenance) as well as weekly trash service for Kay Pointe residents.

TRASH SERVICE

Common trash service for all residents is currently offered thru Republic Waste Services.  Trash is picked up on Friday of each week (except for holiday weeks and service may be delayed by one day).  New residents to the subdivision needing a trash container are welcome to contact the company directly and just indicate they are a resident of Kay Pointe.  If additional services are requested (e.g., recycling), this is not covered as part of common trash service and billing will be handled directly between Republic Waste and individual homeowners for these special services.

GARAGE SALES

Currently there is one subdivision sponsored garage sale each year where the association pays for the advertisement of the sale.  The sale is currently held on the 3rd Friday and Saturday in May. Residents are welcome to have a garage sale on their own at any time during the year.

PAVILION RESERVATIONS

The Kay Pointe common areas include a pavilion that is free of charge for residents in good standing to use.  If you wish to use the pavilion during a specific date and time, please send an email to board@kaypointe.com with your request.  Residents can also log a request thru the PayHOA software.  The board will make a note of your reservation on the Kay Pointe calendar so as not to double book the pavilion based on requests received.  The only request is that the pavilion is left in the same condition as it was found by taking care of any trash.  There are trash cans in the pavilion area for your use or please take any trash with you that will not fit into the trash containers.
