Everyone who wishes to should enjoy the cool water of the pool on a hot summer day. There are requirements to get taken care of first. The Kay Pointe homeowner’s association dues must be paid for the current year, and you must sign and return the pool rules for the current season. For those who are renters, you will also need to have the landlord\/tenant agreement completed as well as the pool rules. The pool rules are mailed with the annual newsletter and can be returned with the HOA dues. When the above is completed, your pool card and pin number will be activated.\u00a0 Or if you are a new resident, a pool card and pin number will be issued to you.<\/p>\n

The pool needs volunteers to help open the pool by 9am and close the pool at 9pm. Help out so that we can maintain these hours so all can enjoy the pool. Email the board and let them know your available to help.
